know about Surendra Kapoor

Dr. Surendra Kapoor aged 72 years is a leading light in the field of Vedic Jyotish, Vastu Shastra, Aura Reading, Naming Names and Dream Interpretation. A Padamshree nominee, he is a voracious reader, multi linguistic, multitalented holistic personality and an experienced counselor.

Dr. Kapoor has been appointed visiting faculty for teaching Ancient Building Technology to B. Arch. and M. Arch. Student at Department of Architecture Jadavpur University, Kolkata for the last Six Years.

A post graduate from the University of Calcutta, he completed his Master of Science in Counseling and Psychotherapy and specialized in Psychological Counseling and Career Counseling. Ph. D. in Vastu Shastra from Indian Institute of Oriental Heritage.

Being a student of Sanskrit he attained Vedic Knowledge from the then scholars like Padmashree Dr. K.D. Dvivedi, (Ved Vidya), Acharya Avadh Behari Tripathy(The Gita) and Dr. Rameshwar Prasad Tripathi (Vedic Jyotish). Even after being well versed in traditional knowledge of Vedic Jyotish and Vastu Shastra his thirst for latest technical knowhow of various aspects of Vastu Corrections through Building Biology techniques and Aura Analysis took him to contemporary great masters of Aura and Building Biology like Dr. Thronton Streeter (Bio field Science) Dr. Jhon Rogerson (Aura Analysis) and Dr. Christoper J Bell of International Institute for Building Biology & Ecology (USA).

Mr. Kapoor was declared “Man of the year” for his contribution on the field of Astrology, at the 23rd International Astrological Conference held in Calcutta during February 1999. In addition distinction of “Millennium Vastu Shastry” was also awarded to Mr. Kapoor at International Vastu Association, Mumbai (2000).
He has been appointed “Pracharya” Head Teacher of Astrology and Vastu students of All India Federation of Astrologer’s Societies in the year 2001.
He has been included in international Astrologer’s Directory brought out in 2003 as one of the “100 Living Legends in the field of “Astrology and Naming Names".
Kapoor has been awarded “Vedacharya” and “Vedantacharya” for his outstanding contribution in the field of Sanskrit by Human Resources Development, Government of India on 8th September 2012 on the auspicious All Bengal Oriental conference on Sanskrit and Cultural Heritage.

Mr. Kapoor was head of value added services (VAS) for seven circles (Kolkata, West Bengal, Assam, North-East states, Bihar, Jharkhand, Orissa) from the year 2000 to the year 2012. During the long tenure he helped innumerable clients for Astro-Vastu and in choosing names and Numerology for their children, house, firm, company, product, brand name and even pets.
Regular contributor in the India Times, Astrospeaks, NBT Online, Indastro and Ganesha Speaks, websites. Associated with these websites for over 10 years as on this date and served Thousands of customers.
Mr. Kapoor has been interviewed for his views on Astrology Vastu and Psychotherapy by leading newspapers and TV channels Nationally and Internationally,
He is trained in Lecher Antenna and ACMOS Method from Dr Suzy London of the USA. He learned the technique of Balancing Environmental and Human Energy by Colours from Prof Dame Dr Meher Master Moose.
He has completed the PIP Biofield Imaging, ES Complex Scanning training course conducted by the Centre for Biofield Sciences.
He has been awarded the Certificate of Proficiency from Dr. Thronton Streeter (Bio field Science, Founder and CEO of Centre for Biofield Sciences)
He has also attended a workshop by Dr Jhon Rogerson during the 4th International Conference and learned EFI Technique – Environment and Human Energy Analysis.
He has attended a workshop by Dr Christopher J Bell of the International Institute of Building Biology and Ecology and learned Building Biology – EMF, Air Quality and Material Radiation.
He has attended various training programmes on Course/workshop on Scientific Vastu and learned H3 Gold antenna, energy measurements, installation techniques and Vastuworld rectification processes from Vastu World.
He mastered the skill to check health criteria of any enclosed space called “Home Health Audit” from Vastu World Learning Centre.
Dr. Kapoor's daughter Ms. Trisha Kapoor, an interior designer and Vastu expert, helps him in the coordination of his work profile in the digital space. Her suggestions and ideas have let Dr. Kapoor to explore the world of the younger generations and lent him an entirely new perspective to his approach at work. This has also been instrumental in helping him evolve both as a professional and a person.
Currently, he is associated with many Institution, Educational Institutions and International Institutes to teach Various Indological subjects through ‘On Line’ & ‘Offline’.
